The inspiration for Cubix came from Zhukovsky's desire to solve the problem of workplace organization. He believes in the principles of "good design - is as little design as possible" by Dieter Rams, and this is evident in the sleek and minimalistic design of Cubix.

What sets Cubix apart from other stationery sets is its shape - a cube consisting of three parts: a box for paper clips, a box for stickers, and a pens holder. The main element of this set is the pens holder, which is made of transparent plastic. This design choice allows the user's attention to be focused on the main element, creating a visually appealing and functional piece.

One of the standout features of Cubix is the flexibility of the red rods in the pens holder. The Cubix project started in May 2010 in Yekaterinburg, Russia, and was completed in November 2011 in Guangzhou, China.
